Day 2

Day 2 of Induction program. Fun activities conducted by Rotaract club members.  

DAY 3

Day 3 of Induction program. Pep talk by an alumnus, Suhas A. Presently pursuing his M.Tech in Mechanical engineering at NITK, Surathkal.

Dr Laveena D'Mello addressed the first year B.Tech students as part of Student Induction program. She engaged them in an active and engrossing talk on the "Basics of Counselling".   

Day 3 of Induction program. Presentation on 3D printing and manufacturing of RC Planes, Drones and Robots by members of Technotronics club.  

DAY 4

Dr Anup engaged the first year B.Tech students as a part of Student Induction Program.  

DAY 5

Sanandana dasa was the resource person for the Induction program of the first year B.Tech students on day 5. He addressed the students on Basic Human Values andMeditation techniques. He is a Senior mentor at Basics Foundation and has effectively conducted several personality development programs at Manipal university, BITS Goa etc. He is the Secretary at ISKCON, Mangalore and has also served as Chief Operation manager at The Akshaya Patra Foundation, an NGO serving 15,000 meals to underprivileged children daily in Mangalore.  

DAY 6

Dr Sharath, blood bank officer of Wenlock district hospital addressed the first year students and answered a lot of their queries about blood donation. He was able to clear a lot of misconceptions in the minds of students. It was very well received. 

DAY 10

Day 10 of student induction program. Guest speaker was Mr Basavadarshan from ICT academy. He gave a glimpse of Salesforce, the world's leader in CRM.
