A technical talk on Job Opportunities for Mechanical Engineers by Mr. Suraj Kumar Shetty, Director, Inergia Pvt Ltd was held on 13/03/2018 @ Srinivas University College of Engineering and Technology. Mr. Suraj Kumar Shetty presented a topic on what skill does a mechanical engineer should posses in order to be easily placed in various companies and he has also elaborated on various other streams through which students can progress. All the students of 6th semester and 8th semester Mechanical Engineering were present in the session.

Prof. Alain Schmitt, President of IMT Lille Douai and Sri CA A. Raghavendra Rao, Chancellor, Srinivas University, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU ) between Srinivas University and IMT Lille Douai.  As per this MOU, Students of Srinivas University and IMT Lille Douai can study one year or one semester in France and India in B. Tech. and Humanities programmes.  Ph.D. students and Post-Doctoral students can also visit both the Universities on mutual understanding, Research Partnership, Joint organization of Conferences, Student / Faculty Exchange Programs and many more activities
